We offer Full Service Management, Placement Services as well as A La Carte services to meet your needs. As members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers we are able to keep abreast of the changing rental market, rental laws and best practices.
We will assist you will the complete management of your rental property. From advertising vacant units, completing the rental agreement with tenants, work orders and rent collection to move out and tenant turn over. We send monthly and yearly statements to help ensure that you are able to maximized your rental investment each year. A property manager is the agent for the property owner, we work our hardest to make sure that you are being represented in the best way possible.
We will complete the process of advertising your unit, processing the screening for the tenant and getting the tenant moved in. Then we will turn over rent collection to you and you take over the management of the unit.
We will now be offering an Eviction Protection Program! We know it can be a hard decision to remove a tenant from a property with the financial burden of non-payment in addition to expensive attorney's fees. This protection plan can help you make the hard decision of a tenant eviction; it can be hard to choose between a passive loss of income and incurring additional expenses. We developed this plan to help owners where an eviction would be a financial burden. For a low monthly fee, almost similar to what you pay to protect your cell phone; you can protect one of you greatest investments.
