DESIGNATED BROKER/owner
Kirsten Harmon Stewart has been managing Suburban Realty INC since 2011, then became the Designated Broker in 2014 and is now the Owner of Suburban Realty INC. Suburban was founded in 1949 by Ernest Harmon, later expanding to property management. His son Robert Harmon then became the owner and Designated Broker, with Suburban primarily offering Property Management services, retiring in 2011.
Kirsten offers expert service in property management with hands on experience in her own rental properties, she is able to apply that knowledge to the management of your rental property. Kirsten has project management experience, great vendor relationships and incredible communication that will allow you to rest easy that your home is in great hands.

We support our clients in all aspects of management, we remember that our clients are the number one priority so we offer flexible service to meet individual client needs. We show all of our rentals in person to perspective tenants, we complete in person inspections of rentals before, during and after tenancy. We also know that there are many nuances to situations that arise in property management, our extensive experience allows us to problem solve for our property owners, keeping their property and financial goals in mind.
