Suburban Realty has been family owned and operated since we opened our doors. Ernest Harmon opened Suburban Realty and his son Robert "Bob" Harmon took over in 1976. Now Kirsten Harmon Stewart is operating Suburban Realty after Bob retired in 2011, and has since become the Designated Broker in 2014 and Owner of the Suburban Realty after Bob Harmon's passing in 2018.

The majority of our clients only one one investment property so we understand how important our client and situation specific managment is important to our clients. We have a carefully curated list of vendors, that value our business, and we pass that value on to our clients. We are easily reached by phone or email, and in the event of any emergent needs on holidays and weekends. We never use an answering service in place of real customer service. Your property is safe in our hands as we do in person showings, regular tenant walkhrougs, and regular rent analyses.
